Scotty's is a place that I would recommend to anyone looking for maintenance work or repairs to their automobiles. They're highly rated in the community for offering reasonable rates that comes with superb experience. They accurately quote their repair jobs & assess their vehicles prior to the repair order, to determine if anything else may need done. They're an honest & reliable company that gets the job done accurately the first time, unlike other places in Moses Lake that I've been to. Definitely will not go to anyone else from now on, other then Scotty's.

Everyone there was friendly and proficient. The waiting area was comfortable and I was able to relax with a cup of coffee and make a new friend while I waited! My service was completed quickly, plus I got to leave with a flower 🌸😁 Overall, a great first experience at Scotty's!

I just want to give a great recommendation for anyone looking for Auto work done to check out Scotty's Auto repair! I thought i had an alternator problem but come to find out it was a high pressure fuel pump. I want to thank Sarah especially for her putting up with all my questions and concerns I bombarded her with. Lol Sarah was working at the front desk when I came in and I told her what was going on and to my amazement after we had left and they sent me a transcript to my email documenting whats going on she typed everything pretty much verbatim I said was going on. (Good Job). Well to my experience so they diagnosed my High Pressure Fuel Pump was not putting out the PSI it was designed for so that was the diagnoses! So me being the type of person that needs to know all about this and how and what else could go wrong with this HPFP going bad, I began to dig and research and I started asking a bunch of questions of concerns like hey if this is bad did they diagnose this and this or this to determine that it is actually this and so on ect... And to my amazement Sarah got back to me everytime with awesome and assuring answers and held my hand the whole way. Let me tell ya if I was asked and bugged as much as I did to Sarah I would probably not be so pleasant, but really a great and proffesional experience and really reasonable pricing, I even did an AI analytics research on the quote they gave me for the going rate and for the washington area and again it surprised me that it was a really good rate and on the lower end spectrum from multiple different AI sources, so that also was assuring to know that not only did they figure out the problem but there not sitting there guessing or trying to over charge like I have experience in the past. So I want to thank the team behind the scenes I didn't interact with but Sarah definitely talked you guys up the mechanics and everyone and she was right. Very professional and respectful. One last thing that I have to give another shout out to Sarah so she told me that they ordered the pump I needed from there vendor and it was gonna get here on this certain day and they would get my car done. So this whole time I'm in a rental car and being charged for it the daily prices ect.... and I was telling Sarah about my situation how this was my work car and I have my rental till this day and she was saying that it should be done by then, well she got ahold of me the day before keeping me updated on status and come to find out the pump and shipping got messed up somehow so she found a way to fast track and re sourced another pump to get here the day of and on top of that I was saying well maybe just leave my keys in gas tank or something and I'll pick it up after hrs because I would be at work still by the time they closed. Well Sarah being the badass she is said hey whats your wife's # and I gave it to her and I asked why do you need her # and she was like well how about I call your wife in the morning when your car is all done and tested and good to go and I'll come pick her up and bring her to the shop to pick up your car, I was like dang thats very thoughtful, so I said well one problem we actually live in warden about 15-20 miles out of town from Moses Lake and she said that totally fine. Ok so this review is getting super Long but I just had to leave a great review never had such good customer service and great care like this before and I have been to multiple shops in Moses and I dont know why I didnt come here sooner. Can't say enough about my experience. So thank you so much to Scotty's Auto and your whole team cause you gained a repeat customer and especially Sarah your a PRO and tell scotty you deserve a raise. Will use Scotty's anytime needed. Sarah (SW) did a great job in resolving difficult issues. She tirelessly worked through warrenty issues and other engine issues. The vehicle works much better after their work.
