After another shop (Chad's Quick Auto) completely botched a repair on my van, charged me $1,600 for unauthorized work, and left the vehicle running worse, the team at Scotty's stepped in and saved the day. The skilled mechanics at Scotty's thoroughly inspected the van and immediately identified the terrible work. They discovered the other shop had put the completely wrong radiator fluid in my vehicle and had installed a faulty oil filter housing leaving it leaking oil profusely. The mechanics did an amazing job fixing the leaks, flushing the system, and getting the van running perfectly again. Meanwhile, Genn acted as an absolutely incredible, relentless advocate for us. When she called the original shop to hold them accountable, Chads was hostile and would not take accountability for their poor work. Despite their shocking hostility, Genn refused to back down. She used her deep knowledge of the network to escalate our case directly to corporate under the NAPA Auto Care Peace of Mind Warranty. Because the previous shops work was so improperly done, Genn successfully fought and got NAPA Corporate to acknowledge the defective work and cover 100% of the parts and labor costs for the system flush and repairs. The combination of top-tier mechanics at Scottys, and Genn's fierce, unstoppable customer advocacy is unmatched. I was very happy with the work they did on my truck. Also their care care package is great I saved over $125 with the coupons in it and still have 3 oil changes left for the year all that for less than I would pay for 2 oil changes somewhere else.

Had an on again off again EGR sensor problem on my Ford Ranger. They diagnosed the issue and got the sensor replaced. So far so good, the pickup is running great with no issues.

Thank you for providing time to do a lube, oil and filter change on my car. The inspection includes a check on tire pressure plus greasing the steering/suspension components and u-joints. Its nice to have everything checked out.

From the time opening the front door, and until leaving I was completely satisfied with the service. Very appreciative that the repairs that were needed were completely explained to me before hand. Wow! I have been in the Columbia basin for over 10 years and I have used several local auto shops but this one takes the cake! I have found my new mechanic and plan on being a customer for life. Their team is so professional and courteous with a little bit of humor mixed in. You can tell they like their jobs! Now I am one of those annoying people that call for updates and Sarah was so genuine with answering my questions, concerns, and easing my worries. I didn’t feel pressured to buy any extras or unnecessary work. They provided a report of what was good on my car, what will need replaced in the future, and what they recommend doing right now. Sarah walked me through it and helped me decide what I could afford to do in my budget and what could wait so I could save for it and do it in a couple months. They also had a coupon book that I thought was a great deal! As a woman it can often be intimidating going to an auto shop and I often worry if they are taking advantage of me because I know very little about cars. However, Scotty’s Auto Repair did not make me feel this way and they actually helped explain some of the mechanical stuff so I could understand it better. Highly recommend them for any of your Auto needs!
