Moses Lake Auto Repair

I really hate to post bad things about a company, but I feel the need to at this time. We are so incredibly unhappy and stressed about our experience with Scotty’s. It started with dropping off our truck on June 19. After paying a total of $871.17 we brought our truck home on June 27th after picking it up at 5pm, closing on Friday night. We called almost daily trying to get a progress report and hoping we could have it fixed and we could bring it home, finally on Friday June 27, we called, they said it would be ready by 4:15 pm. We went to pick up our truck, got home tried to put it in reverse to back into our driveway. It wouldn’t go in reverse or even neutral and was stuck in the middle of the road in front of our house. We turned it off and it wouldn’t start, blocking the road. We tried and tried to start it and it would not start. After about 2 hours and numerous times trying to start one of our neighbors was frustrated at our truck being in the middle of the road and came to try and help. He was finally able to get it in neutral and started it. Once parked in our driveway, we tried to start it and it didn’t start. He told us at the time it was the neutral safety switch, which another friend had also suggested. We have now ordered the switch from Nappa and we should have it tomorrow. It will start when sitting for at least 2 hours to overnight. We had company visiting from Florida and was not able to go do anything. A VERY frustrating 9 days!

We were very pleased with our experience at Scotty’s. The service rep Darrin was very helpful, communication was great and the vehicle was repaired earlier than expected.

If you break down on I90, near Moses Lake, I hope you are lucky enough to be towed to Scotty’s Auto Repair. You will find superior service, caring employees, and people who go the extra mile that is needed when you are stranded with a graduation ceremony you don’t want to miss. Kudos to Scotty’s for getting us on the road in record time with repairs done with expertise!

It's a great place repair was good and good customer service done in a timely manner I'll be taking my vehicle back if I ever need any other repairs....

The whole experience I had with Scotty's Auto Repair was incredible. They provided excellent customer service from the first phone call to them,throughout my emergency and had my car ready for me back in perfect condition by the time I needed it to be ready to make it back home. Thank you Scotty's and Moses Lake Towing! I have to mention the shop is clean and comfortable with AC and a massage chair!

Plesent workers, went in on Wed to talk about my problem, set up a 8am appointment on Friday. They took care of the problem and were able to do some services that were do. I would recommend this place.

Communication was amazing from initial diagnosis to quote and when finished. Never pressured into any unnecessary work. They were very thorough with inspection. Will be taking my cars here for their business from now on.
