If you have any car related problem, you need to bring your vehicle to Scotty's. Do not bring the car to your dealership or anyone else. You will be paying twice as much or more, and not getting near the level of service you would if you went to Scotty's. Regarding my car, as I was driving cross country (I reside in Florida) my Sequoia had a major malfunction on the road. As a result, I needed two major repairs - struts for my back wheels and since the axle was damaged, maybe a new axle. I was so glad the towing guy brought my car to Scotty's. My service rep Sarah, was simply amazing. After consulting with the technicians, and with expert input from Scotty himself - who is such a straight shooter and knows so much about cars- Sarah informed me what I needed, the timeline for repairs, and quoted me a price that was so much below what I had researched it would be. Also, since my Sequoia needed parts, Sarah was so on top of the issue, keeping me informed on a daily basis. Scotty also had an extra Sequoia axle from one of their cars in the lot, which they threw in without charging me - talk about caring for their customers. Also, as I mentioned, the price for the repairs was so reasonable, which is probably a major reason why they have so many positive reviews and returning customers. Fast forward three months, and the Sequoia has been running like a gem. No problems whatsoever. In fact, I just received a text message from Sarah asking how the car is driving. Talk about customer service follow-up - you just can not beat Scotty's. The only regret I do have is that do wish I lived closer to Moses Lake so I could get all my vehicle maintenance and repairs done by Scotty's team. In fact, when my wife had an issue with her Hyundai Palisades, we both wished we lived closer so we could go to Scotty's. Do yourself a favor and go to Scotty's. And when you do please ask for Sarah - you will be, like I was in great hands. Thank you Scotty's.
